"I just wanted to say thank you"

Gwyneth Philips is finishing her final year at Northeastern University in Boston. As a Mite or squirt player she excelled skating out. We live in Athens and she played in Columbus. She was interested in trying goaltending. For some reason she wasn’t able to try goaltending at her home club. Newark Hockey was very accommodating and let her try goaltending around her other team’s schedule.

Fast forward….

She has the best career save percentage in NCAA division 1 history. 

Yesterday she earned a spot on the USA National Team.

This would not have happened if Newark Hockey wasn’t so accommodating.

I just want to say thank you.
